HISTORY

The Fahr Family Companies started in the 1950's. When the late Julius Fahr started the companies, it began with a passion and a vision starting north of Winnipeg on a layer, pullet, and grain farm, from there expanding into agribusiness.

The Fahr Companies became large stakeholders of many Manitoba agribusiness companies and later expanded into private loans, mortgages, residential development, property management, and consulting services. Fahr Group continues to reinforce and build on our long heritage. Our founder began with a passion and belief in the vision. Today, we continue the vision and build on it.

Our Name and brand.  

The Fahr Family Companies has evolved over the past fifty years into our brand: Fahr Group. The identity was envisioned from our past history and the colors from our agricultural roots.
